After a lengthy production delay, we are back with a new episode, in which we review the 2006 NASCAR parody Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (starring Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Sacha Baron Cohen, Amy Adams, Cary Cole, Michael Clarke Duncan, Jane Lynch and of course Mos Def). This episode is brought to you by Laughing Clown Malt Liquor.

Office Space turns 20 in 2019, so we decided to go back to a time of TPS reports, PC load letter, Swingline staplers, Chotchkie's, Flingers and consultants named Bob.

We break down the incredibly deep cast (Ron Livingston, Jennifer Aniston, David Herman, Ajay Naidu, Diedrich Bader, Stephen Root, John C. McGinley and of course Gary Cole) and hit as many of the best quotes as we can in an hour. www.thethrowbackshow.com

It's a movie that has never really left our radar for 30 years, but we caught some things we didn't expect when watching it with pen and paper in hand. Join us as we spend 77 minutes with relentless stalker Jake Taylor, Wild Thing Vaughn, Pedro Cerrano, Wille Mays Hayes, Roger Dorn, Harris, Lou Brown and Harry Doyle. It's Major League, starring Tom Berenger, Charlie Sheen, Rene Russo, Dennis Haysbert, Wesley Snipes, Corbin Bernsen, James Gammon, Chelcie Ross and Bob Uecker. www.thethrowbackshow.com

After four years and more than 70 episodes, we finally hit our first Wes Anderson movie, and it stirred up some surprising reactions. It turns out that The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (starring Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Cate Blanchett, Anjelica Huston, Willem Dafoe and Jeff Goldblum) is a polarizing movie. Either way, it was fun to revisit this  15 years after its release — depending on who you ask. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Aaron and Dan join Matt to revisit School of Rock (Jack Black, Joan Cusack, Mike White, directed by Richard Linklater). 15+ years later, it did not disappoint. www.thethrowbackshow.com

We're finally back with a new episode, in which we return to 1990 yet again to immerse ourselves in the world of My Blue Heaven (starring Steve Martin, Rick Moranis and Joan Cusack). For a couple of us, it's a mostly enjoyable trip down memory lane. For one of us, though, it raises a familiar question: Why? www.thethrowbackshow.com

Oct 5, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a trip back to 1989, the quest for eternal life, and most importantly, a tremendous bonding opportunity for father and son. It's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, starring Harrison Ford and Sean Connery.

Aug 8, 2018

After a lengthy summer hiatus, Aaron and Dan join Matt to break down a once-iconic summer blockbuster: Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (starring Bob Hoskins, Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Cassidy and Kathleen Turner as Jessica Rabbit). We all agree that this movie was a big deal in 1988, but disagree about how fun it actually is to watch it today. Also, Aaron was 43 minutes late for this episode and has been hit with a significant fine. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Jun 6, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a thrilling (for some of us) trip back to 1990 and the delightfully ridiculous NASCAR movie Days of Thunder (starring Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Robert Duvall, Randy Quaid, John C. Reilly, Michael Rooker).

Check out our Days of Thunder vs. Talladega Nights - Tale of the Tape right here

May 24, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a trip up to Vermont and a look back at Super Troopers (starring Jay Chandrasekhar, Broken Lizard and an almost impossibly good Brian Cox). We break down the movie's memorable gags (meow) and highlight our favorite quotes -- doing our best Brian Cox impersonations in the process. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Apr 12, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt to revisit a beloved movie from 1986 that we can't watch the same way today: Short Circuit (starring Ally Sheedy, Steve Guttenberg, Fisher Stevens). www.thethrowbackshow.com

Mar 22, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a look back to the 1990 Godfather spoof The Freshman (Marlon Brando, Matthew Broderick, Bruno Kirby, Penelope Ann Miller and Frank Whaley). We discuss how they pulled off the scenes with the Komodo Dragons, relive our favorite quotes and much more. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Jan 31, 2018

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a trip to Galaxy Con as we revisit the 1999 movie / Star Trek parody Galaxy Quest (starring Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Alan Rickman, Tony Shalhoub, Sam Rockwell).

Dec 30, 2017

Almost in time for the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Aaron and Dan join Matt for a return trip to the planet Druidia and a look back at a childhood favorite -- Spaceballs (Mel Brooks, John Candy, Rick Moranis, Bill Pullman, Daphne Zuniga, Joan Rivers). It was well worth it. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Dec 15, 2017

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a drive up to Grand Lakes University and a wild semester with Thornton Melon in Back to School (starring Rodney Dangerfield, Robert Downey Jr., Sally Kellerman, Keith Gordon, Burt Young). We analyze the movie's strange quirks relating to the sport of diving and consider the performances -- both painful and outstanding. Nov 15, 2017

Aaron and Dan join Matt to explore the true meaning of the word Munson. The year is 1996 and the movie is Kingpin, directed by the Farrelly Bros. and starring Woody Harrelson as Roy Munson, Bill Murray as Big Ern McCracken, Vanessa Angel as Claudia and Randy Quaid as Ishmael. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Nov 9, 2017

It's a bizarre trip to 1971 (yes, 1971) for a look back at the iconic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (starring Gene Wilder). Dan tries to convince Aaron and Matt why this movie is brilliant, and we discuss one reason this maybe shouldn't have been rated G. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Oct 26, 2017

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a trip back to the French Riviera circa 1988 and a look back to Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (starring Steve Martin, Michael Caine and Glenn Headly). We break down the antics of Ruprecht, Dr. Emil Schaffhausen and much more. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Sep 21, 2017

We're not sure how it took us 56 episodes, but at long last we have an Axel Foley sighting. Join us as we relive this dominant performance from Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop (also starring Judge Reinhold, John Ashton and Lisa Eilbacher, with notable appearances from Jonathan banks, Paul Reiser, Bronson Pinchot and Damon Wayans). We break down Axel's best characters, the movie's iconic soundtrack and its unforgettable quotes. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Aaron Cohen and Dan Fleschner join Matt Stroup to rewatch a 1990's classic for the first time: Dick Tracy, starring Warren Beatty, Madonna, Al Pacino and Dustin Hoffman. We dissect the sweaty dialogue between Dick Tracy and Breathless, the movie's bizarre makeup and much more. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Aug 5, 2017

Aaron and Dan join Matt for a trip back to Nantucket circa 1986, and a wistful/amused/horrified look back at One Crazy Summer (directed by Savage Steve Holland, starring John Cusack, Demi Moore, Joel Murray, Curtis Armstrong, Bobcat Goldthwait). www.thethrowbackshow.com

Jul 25, 2017

Aaron Cohen (and Dan Fleschner, sort of) join Matt Stroup for our third-ever Throwback Show documentary: American Movie, a movie about a guy (Mark Borchardt) trying to make a movie. It is funny, sad, possibly profound, and also sad. Check it out as we revisit our favorite quotes from the movie and much more. www.thethrowbackshow.com

Jun 30, 2017

Aaron Cohen joins Matt Stroup for a look back at some of our favorite past episodes, a run that takes us from Patriot Games (Harrison Ford) to Tremors (Kevin Bacon) to Memento to Independence Day (Will Smith) to the ensemble spy movie Sneakers (starring Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, Dan Aykroyd, River Phoenix and a host of others). www.thethrowbackshow.com

Jun 8, 2017

Matt runs a 1-on-2 fast break against Aaron and Dan in an attempt to defend the honor of 2004's Along Came Polly (starring Ben Stiller, Jennifer Aniston, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Debra Messing, Alec Baldwin, Hank Azaria). We talk ferrets, loofahs, greasy pizza and of course re-live the unforgettable basketball scene. Also: Some updates on past episodes (including The Warriors and Midnight Run), and the announcement of Episode 52: a certain summer film starring John Cusack.

May 17, 2017

On the occasion of our 50th episode, Aaron and Dan join Matt for a deep dive (sorry) into The Hunt for Red October (Sean Connery, Alec Baldwin, James Earl Jones, Scott Glenn, Sam Neill). We revisit the movie's bizarre choices with regard to language (including Sean Connery's accent), try to make sense of weird submarine stuff and recall all our favorite quotes. Side note: The website that used to say "You're the man now dog" on repeat appears to no longer exist. www.thethrowbackshow.com
